Important Information regarding Pre-Orders

• Your order will be available for Pick-Up at the bakery during the time window and date you have chosen during checkout.

• Our online store will ask you for your address as part of the check-out process - you will still be given a chance to choose your pick-up date in the next section.  

• We are not offering delivery

• You will need your order number to pick up your order, this will be emailed to you after your purchase.  The email is sent from "The Sweetest Thing" and has the subject line: "Thanks for shopping with us (#12345)" with your five digit order number in the parentheses.

Please note that we are unable to change your pick-up date or any details of your order once you have placed your order.

If you would like to cancel your order and it is at least 7 days before the pick-up date, please call the bakery at (905) 582-0862.  We cannot cancel any orders with less that 7 days notice.

We do not accept any changes, cancellations or modifications to an online order via email, voicemail or DM, you must call the bakery and speak to a team member.
