Important Information regarding Pick-ups & Deliveries
Most pick-ups go from 1:30pm - 6:00pm from Tuesdays through Sundays. On Holidays this time can vary - please verify your pick-up time as is stated on your receipt. Please come in to the bakery to collect your order or call the bakery when you arrive and we will bring your order out to your car. Please have your order number handy. On Holiday Weekends please plan for a short wait as we will have more orders than normal. Staff will find orders as quickly as possible.
Deliveries go out between 2:00 and 7:00 pm and we are unable to guarantee a specific time within that window. We will only make one delivery attempt.
Our delivery protocol:
Houses or Units with an Accessible Front Door: We will knock on the door and ring the doorbell, and then leave the package by the front door. It is the recipient's responsibility to bring the items inside in a timely fashion.
Condominium Buildings or Apartment Buildings: You must provide a telephone number for the recipient. We will call the recipient upon arrival and leave the package in the lobby or with the concierge. If we cannot reach the recipient to inform them of the delivery and there is no concierge we will bring the package back to the bakery and the recipient can pick it up the following business day.
We are not responsible for items left outside for a prolonged period of time. If you provide the wrong delivery address we will not be responsible for re-delivering it to the correct address.
We only deliver to Oakville and Burlington. Please note: if you have provided a delivery address outside of this delivery area your order will be cancelled & refunded.
Pre-Orders for Holidays and Special Events:
The available dates for pre-order items are clearly outlined on each item's listing. If you choose a pick-up or delivery date that is not available for that item your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Changes, Cancellations or Order Modifications: If you need to change, cancel or modify your order please call the bakery during business hours. We do not accept changes to orders via email or voice mail.
